Service Technician Job Description

More Farm Stores is now one of the largest Kubota dealers in Indiana. With our continued growth, we are looking to expand our service department. We are looking for an experienced Diesel Technician and/outdoor power equipment technician. If this is you, we would love to talk.

  • Diagnosing and repairing Ag tractors, Zero turn lawnmowers, and construction equipment.
  • Perform assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

Salary: $18.00 – $24.00 Plus Quarterly Bonuses with the ability of making six figure income.

More Farm Stores is hiring! Established in 1913, More Farm Stores is a 4th generation family-owned business with 3 locations in Northeast Indiana. We are among the top dealers in the Midwest for equipment manufacturers such as Kubota, Toro, Stihl, Boss, Bad Boy, Legend Trailers, Landmaster, Walker. We are looking for a results-driven retail sales store manager to be responsible for sales and the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in Ag or Commercial equipment sales or rental, retail store management, or on the road sales. Store manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations in sales, parts, and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
  • Meet sales goals, and achieve store parts and service goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
  • Additional store manager duties as needed.

Job Details -
