Service Technician Job Description
More Farm Stores is now one of the largest Kubota dealers in Indiana. With our continued growth, we are looking to expand our service department. We are looking for an experienced Diesel Technician and/outdoor power equipment technician. If this is you, we would love to talk.

- Diagnosing and repairing Ag tractors, Zero turn lawnmowers, and construction equipment.
- Perform assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements –

Salary: $18.00 – $24.00 Plus Quarterly Bonuses with the ability of making six figure income.

Diesel Mechanic
Fort Wayne Location
More Farm Store is seeking a motivated and skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. Successful applicants possess the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment safely and effectively.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have experience working with heavy machinery and possess strong
mechanical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on gas and diesel engines, heavy equipment, tractors, excavators, skid steers, utility equipment, and zero turns.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and propose solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Use power tools to disassemble and reassemble machinery parts.
- Repair hydraulics and other systems as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
- Experience with hydraulic repair and air hydraulic systems.
- Competence in using various power tools.

Road Mechanic
Wabash Location
More Farm Store is seeking a motivated and skilled Road Mechanic to join our team. Successful applicants possess the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment at the customer’s location safely and effectively.
Job Overview:
This position will perform efficient and thorough mechanical repairs, or maintenance primarily at the customer’s home or job site and occasionally in the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnosing of equipment malfunctions and failures at job sites
- Technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Motivation in a deadline-driven environment
- Perform preventive maintenance and advanced repairs
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Abiding by safety standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Certificate acquired through a vocational or technical school
- Valid CDL
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with diesel equipment and/or heavy construction equipment with a working knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, and electronic/electrical systems.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting which could include inclement weather.
- Ability to repetitively lift and/or carry 50+ pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, grasp, squat, kneel, bend, reach, squat, crouch
